She has comprehensive experience in building high-performing teams, human-centric leadership, and aligning individual talents with organizational goals. Previously, Karina was VP of People and Operations at VSCO, Chief of Staff at Trash, an Executive Management Consultant at LeadingAgile, and Director of Retail Talent Development at Aritzia. She also runs the Unraveled executive couching consultancy.
Jonas leads transformation initiatives with focus on HR practices, including harnessing AI-driven insights to enhance key talent initiatives. His role focuses on implementing AI solutions while fostering a human-centric approach to digital transformation across HR. Previously, he was Director of People Analytics at Searchie, and Head of Talent and Performance at Emirates NBD.
Tom is recruiting a team of AI specialists to create autonomous vehicles. His works focuses on designing and implementing talent acquisition processes that work, creating and building compelling employer brands and identifying, engaging and retaining the people they need to grow. Previously, Tom was Head of Talent at Five AIi (now part of Bosch Mobility), and a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Volkswagen's self-driving car startup.
