They envisaged a future where AI tools would become integral to business operations, driving efficiency and uncovering new insights. Libby predicted that, while significant transformations might take longer to materialize, gradual improvements in AI applications would continue over the next few years. Ben anticipated that the next 12 months would see both failures and breakthroughs, as the industry experiments with new AI capabilities, concluding that "some things will work, some will fail, but that's how innovation progresses."
